These heavy-weight fabrics are 3 – 4 times stronger than polyester sheeting fabrics commonly used by dog bed manufacturers. All fabrics are “pre-washed” and color-safe for easy care; (machine-wash and dry on cool/gentle setting).

Microvelvets:
The most popular fabric choice for durability & easy care. This remarkable fabric does not pill and best of all, gets softer after every wash, maintaining its great look for years. Microvelvet also repels dog hair, dirt and even moisture! “Breathable” construction ensures fabric is “cool” in the summer and “cozy” in the winter months.

Fill:
They use only “high-loft” 100% virgin polyester fibre for superior “memory”, resilience and comfort. They do not use inferior alternatives such as recycled fibre, batting, foam chips or cedar.

Quality & Design:
They manufacture all products “in-house” and inspect each bed to ensure superior quality and craftsmanship. All beds have zippered covers for easy care. They use only the strongest YKK zippers, used in the luggage industry.

Restocking Fees
Some of our manufacturers charge restocking fees of up to 30% for merchandise that is returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect. Restocking fees (if applicable) are listed in the "Specifications" tab for each product on our website.

Refund Amounts
Also, it is important for you to be aware that if the dog product you purchased qualified for a “Free Shipping” promotion, the actual outbound shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund amount (we will provide you with the exact amount when the return is processed).

Manufacturer Defect
